Visiting 3MBS?
How To Get Here by Public Transport:
Train: Take the Epping/Hurtsbridge line and alight at Victoria Park station on Johnson St. Walk east, away from Hoddle St or take a Bus (200, 201, 205 or 207), along Johnson Street until you reach Clarke St, which is the right hand turn before the bridge over the Yarra.
Tram: Catch any tram down Victoria St. Abbotsford/Richmond and get off at Nicholson St. Abbotsford. Walk north up Nicholson St, all the way to Abbotsford St and turn right. At the end of Abbotsford St. turn left into Clarke St and then right into St.Heliers St. This is a 20-25 minute walk.
Bus: The Garden City/Bulleen Bus 203 departs from Lonsdale St in the city and runs along Johnson St. Alight at Clarke Street Bus Stop. Take Clarke St, turn left into St Heliers St (following the signs to the Collingwood Children’s Farm). 3MBS is the large white building with the street entrance before you reach the gates of the Abbotsford Convent.
Car: From Johnson St, turn south into Clarke St (last street before the bridge over the Yarra at the eastern end of Johnston St prior to becoming Studley Park Road), then left into St Heliers Street. Watson’s & Di Palma’s restaurant is on the corner of Johnston and Clarke Streets. All day parking is available in the Convent Parking Lot on St Heliers Street for $2.00.
Bike or Pedestrian Access: Take the Capital City cycling and walking path. St Heliers St turn-off is opposite the entrance to the Collingwood Childrens Farm.

Food and Drink: The Convent Bakery and Lentil As Anything are two food outlets located within the Abbotsford Convent. Handsome Steve's House of Refreshment is open for coffee and licensed to serve alcohol (and also provides a select menu of victuals) and the nearby Collingwood Childrens Farm also has a cafe. Please note there are no ATM machines near the Abbotsford Convent.
