We hope we have covered as many recurring Streaming problems as possible. Please read these before contacting 3MBS.

Please note:
**3MBS Listen Live Streaming is incompatible with Mac computers. We are currently investigating a server upgrade which will enable us to provide the Listen Live Streaming Service to Mac users**

Problem: When I tried to Listen Live, I got this reply: "mms is not a registered protocol".

Audio streaming to Macintosh computers is not currently supported. We hope to be able to offer you a streaming solution in the near future.

Can you tell me the URL for the "Listen button" that I can use?

The 3mbs streaming server URL is 3mbs.serveftp.net

Problem: I click on the "Listen Live" link Windows Media Player opens, then displays the message "the host is unreachable". My computer is a Mac.

Problem: Whenever I try to listen live RealPlayer opens and attempts to connect. After a time a Windows Media Player message shows up. it says: "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because a network error occurred. The server might not be available. Verify that you are
connected to the network and that your proxy settings are correct."

Please check your setting to see which media player is assigned to play your streamed audio. It seems you have conflicting players both attempting to access the stream simultaneously.

When I try to listen on line I get "server not responding".

On occasions when we are experiencing extremely high network traffic you may receive this message. We appreciate your understanding and request that you try again in a few minutes.
