Melbourne-born pianist Tyler Zhou studies piano with Australian pianist and academic David Soo. Tyler has received many prizes, including winning the Absolute Award at the Singapore International Music Competition, and first prize in the Dandenong Ranges Bill Borthwick Music Competition and the Melbourne Star International Music Competition. This performance marks Tyler's recital debut. He will perform works by Mozart, Liszt, Chopin, Bacewicz, and Kapustin.
