Presiding over a kingdom of feel-good swing and fiery improvisation, this powerhouse five-piece brings together some of Australia’s most accomplished jazz artists. Fronted by the magnetic Alinta Chidzey, the Emperors’ perform original songs from their debut album ‘I Got You’ and rearranged standards inspired by Ella, Coltrane and Gregory Porter.
