Hop, Skip and Jump

Dance forms prevailed in the 18th century. The relatively unusual assembly of four recorders (at times sprightly, at times soulful) in chamber works by Telemann, Albinoni, Boismortier and Schickhardt brings the great spirit of this music alive.

Local harpsichord luminary Ann Morgan collaborates with leading Melbourne musicians Ruth Wilkinson, Rodney Waterman and Nicholas Dinopoulos. Also joining them in an exciting leap from across the Tasman is Kiwi virtuoso Kamala Bain.
