Paris-based Jody Sternberg and David Lewis are back in Australia with another eclectic menu of songs, exploring the rich and enduring dialogue between French chanson and 'le jazz'. Together with pianist Mark Fitzgibbon on piano, they offer their original takes on the songs of such iconic figures as Michel Legrand, Charles Trenet and Serge Gainsbourg, with Lewis’ melodic, colourful trumpet and flugelhorn interweaving with Sternberg’s warm voice.
