Radiothon Let's celebrate! 1–31 May
This special Radiothon, in 3MBS's golden anniversary year, celebrates the past 50 years and everything the future holds for our beloved station. Back in 1975, those first few hundred members (as they were called then) shared Brian Cabena's vision to have continuous classical music broadcast on Melbourne radio, and with the support of its thousands of subscribers over the past 50 years, 3MBS has broadcast for 18,250 years on 1 July 2025!
The 3MBS Radiothon runs from 1–31 May. Radiothon is the time we encourage you, our passionate listeners, to subscribe and donate, and support the station like all those passionate listeners who have supported the station over the past 50 years.
Radiothon is the most important annual fundraiser for 3MBS, and your support is crucial for the station to stay on air for another 50 years.
Why subscribe during Radiothon?
